Thank you for your interest in renting space for your event at the Parkersburg Art Center. The following will define our basic rental options, but we try to tailor our rental agreement to YOUR needs. The Sophisticated Choice for a Party of 5 or 500!
Entire facility
Includes use of Main gallery, South Gallery, Mezzanine, Ballroom, and Ballroom Kitchen for fourhours. Call for details.
Ballroom Only
Our newly carpeted Ballroom offers lecture-style seating for 500 or seating for 250 at round or rectangular tables. The Ballroom comes with a prep kitchen, restrooms and elevator access. Perfect for weddings, family reunions, proms and corporate events. Call for details.
Main Gallery ,Esbenshade and South Galleries
We can seat you and your guests in one of our Gallery spaces, in table or lecture format. It’s classy , and the artwork changes frequently and the first floor kitchen is available to use. Each Gallery can seat 75-100 people.
Artful Board/Conference Room
We offer the area’s most artful conference room, complete with its own kitchen and restroom and seating for 20 people.
Mezzanine
Your group will enjoy a different perspective seated in our Mezzanine Library, overlooking the main gallery. Included is an elevator, kitchenette and private restroom. Seats up to 25 people.
Birthday Parties in the Art Factory
Our 3000 + square foot Art Factory level provides comfortable seating at tables or in a lecture-style format. Plenty of room to romp around in! Perfect for birthday parties or special occasions events for children. Seats 100 people.
Other available extras include a piano, PA system, all-digital sound system and beverage services for small conference meetings.
